By having the ability to control temperatures, lighting, and other household functions through your phone, you can save a lot of money when it’s time to pay your bills. We also recommend recycling programs. There are many ways you can implement recycling in and around your rental property to make the area as green as it can be.

How Transparent Are Maintenance Services and Costs?

At Skybridge, we are very transparent. We will provide you with receipts and reporting at the end of the month or the middle of the month depending on what you prefer. We are always clear about what we are charging and what you are getting in return. Usually, you won’t pay anything more than the maintenance invoice for the work that was performed. There are no upcharges or additional fees, and we do not charge per service call. Our maintenance billing is very clear and very concise.
