In 2010, Faraaz Hashmi founded Skybridge Property Group to give Southern California property owners what the market lacked: accountable, hands-on management built around personalized service. I recently submitted a request to approve my paint colors for the stucco and trim on my home. This request had to be sent to our HOA architectural committee for approval.
